Erin Bigelow-Umar is a newly-married, new mom in New York City. She’s a corporate lady boss by day working in television production and enjoys running a community theater group benefiting organizations that work to end gender-based violence. She’s an avid activist for all things good and loves discovering new ways of getting uncomfortable with self-care.
